We are responsible for the processing of your personal data when you visit our website or fill out our contact form, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados — Law No. 13.709/2018 — LGPD).

2. What data we collect

a) Data you provide directly, when filling out the contact form:

  • Name
  • WhatsApp
  • E-mail
  • Company/brand
  • Where you currently sell
  • Description of your challenge/need

b) Data collected automatically, while you browse the website, through cookies and analytics tools (detailed in item 4):

  • IP address
  • Device and browser type
  • Pages visited, browsing time and access origin (where you came from to the website)
  • Clicks on buttons and links (including the click to contact us on WhatsApp)

We do not collect sensitive data (such as racial origin, health, sexual orientation, biometric data), and the website is not directed to children and adolescents.

3. Why we use this data

  • To respond to your contact and present a commercial proposal;
  • To understand how people use the website, in order to improve it (most visited pages, most clicked buttons, conversion rate);
  • To measure the origin and performance of marketing and paid media campaigns, when active;
  • To comply with legal obligations, when applicable.

Legal basis: we process form data based on your consent, when you voluntarily fill it out, and browsing/cookies data based on our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the website experience — always respecting your cookie choices (item 5).

4. Cookies and third-party tools

Cookies are small files stored in your browser that help the website work and understand how it is used. We use:

  • Necessary cookies — essential for the basic functioning of the website (e.g., remembering preferences during browsing). They cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics cookies (Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager) — used to understand how many people visit the website, which pages they access and which buttons they click.   • WhatsApp redirect — by clicking "Talk on WhatsApp", you will be directed to the WhatsApp platform (Meta), which has its own privacy policy.

If, in the future, we start using advertising cookies (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads) for remarketing, this policy will be updated and a cookie notice with an accept/decline option will be added to the website.

How to manage or disable cookies

You can block or delete cookies directly in your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). Disabling analytics cookies does not prevent the use of the website, but it may limit our ability to understand and improve your experience.

  • Service providers that help us operate the website or process the received contacts (e.g., hosting, e-mail), when applicable;

6. How long we keep your data

Contact form data is kept for as long as necessary to conduct the commercial conversation and comply with legal obligations, being deleted or anonymized afterwards, unless you remain a client. Browsing data (Google Analytics) follows the retention period configured in the tool, currently 14 months — the default period for GA4, adjustable in settings.

7. Data security

We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or misuse. No system is 100% immune to risks, but we are committed to acting quickly if a security incident is identified.

8. Your rights as a data subject

Under the LGPD, you have the right to:

  • Confirm the existence of processing of your data;
  • Access your data;
  • Correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
  • Request anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data;
  • Request portability of your data;
  • Request deletion of data processed based on your consent;
  • Withdraw consent at any time;
  • Be informed about who we share your data with.
